NYC Government Publication

The Department of City Planning submitted an application for an amendment of the Zoning Resolution, which would modify the parking regulations of the Special Hudson Yards District and certain areas of the Special Clinton District and the Special Garment Center District. This is in response to the changing conditions in the area. The City is making moves to reduce congestion, while promoting more sustainable and efficient modes of transporation.
