NYC Government Publication

The Landmarks Preservation Commission designated the Thomas Jefferson Play Center, located at First Avenue between East 111th and East 114th streets in Manhattan, as a city landmark. The center was built in 1935-1936 and this designation does not conflict with the Zoning Resolution or any plans for development in the area.
