City Planning Commission Report (C 130140 ZSM)
A report by the City Planning Commission (CPC) regarding application submitted by MSG Holdings, L.P. pursuant to Sections 197-c and 201 of the New York City Charter for the grant of a special permit pursuant to Section 93-171 of the Zoning Resolution to modify the sign regulations applicable in Subarea B4 of the Special Hudson Yards Distrcit. The permit would facilitate the continued use of Madison Square Garden in Manhattan's Community District 5. The request was ultimately approved by CPC subject to various terms and conditions (see N 130137 ZRM, N 130138 ZCM and C 130139 ZSM for applications filed concurrently with this one).
