A report by the City Planning Commission (CPC) regarding a zoning text amendment filed by 401 Hotel REIT, LLC and 401 Commercial, L.P. to facilitate the development of a commercial office building of over 2 million zoning square feet on the western half of the block surrounded by West 32nd and 33rd streets, and Seventh and Sixth avenues, Manhattan. The request was ultimately approved by CPC with further amendments (see C 100047 ZMM, C 100049, 100050 ZSM, and C 100237 PQM for applications being filed concurrently with this one).
