Mayor Adams Issues Directive to City Agencies to Identify Ways to Improve Communications With Non-English Speaking New Yorkers
New technology will make communication with non-English speaking New Yorkers much easier. This was created to bridge the language gap for all New Yorkers but especially for the NYPD and school communities.
