The Department of Environmental Protection and the Department of Citywide Administrative Services submitted an application for site selection of city-owned property in Staten Island. The site is an open, flat and vacant parcel of land and is located at Front Street and Murray Hulbert Avenue. This action will facilitate the construction of a water siphon tunnel shaft and chlorination station.
