Memo on Commercial Waste Zone Program
Please be advised that DSNY discussed with the City Council that CWZ reports would not be generated until the first commercial waste zone had been rolled-out. The first zone was implemented in January 2025 and the first report was submitted to the City Council in September of 2025.
