City Planning Commission Report (C 060392 ZSM)
A report by the City Planning Commission (CPC) regarding an application submitted for a special permit pursuant to Section 13-561 of the Zoning Resolution by 300 CPW Apartments Corp. to increase the allowable number of accessory parking spaces from 80 to 120, within an existing, attended accessory garage located in the cellar level of an existing aprtment building. The project site is located on Central Park West between West 90th Street and West 91st Street in Manhattan, Community District 7. The site currently contains the El Dorado, a 204-unit residential co-op building that was designated an individual landmark in 1982. The request was ultimately approved by CPC.
