MAYOR ADAMS, COMPTROLLER LANDER HAIL FITCH RATINGS UPGRADING NEW YORK CITY’S GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND RATING TO AA

New York City Mayor Eric Adams and New York City Comptroller Brad Lander today hailed Fitch Ratings for upgrading the city’s bond rating to AA from AA-. The upward revision comes just one year into their terms and reflects the administration’s strong fiscal management.
