Consolidated Executive Summaries of the Department of Sanitation Commercial Waste Management Study Volumes I through VI
The DSNY is developing the City's new comprehensive Solid Waste Management Plan that will address the long-term management, for the planning period 2004 through 2024, of both DSNY-managed Waste and commercial waste. City Council enacted Local Law 74 of 2000, effective December 19, 2000, which mandated a study of commercail waste management in the City by a Consultant engaged by DSNY.
