Fiscal Year 2008 Annual Report of the Comptroller on Capital Debt and Obligations
This report by the comptroller focuses on capital debt and obligations for the fiscal year 2008. Addressed in this report is the debt condition of New York City in accordance with Section 232 of the City Charter.
