City Planning Commission Report (C 090082 HAK)
The Department of Housing Preservation and Development submitted an application for an Urban Development Action Area designation, project approval and disposition of city-owned property. This will facilitate the development of a mixed-use community with affordable housing, retail space, community facilities, and park land in Brooklyn. It is tentatively known as Gateway Estates II. The applications, C 080089 MMK, C 090078 HUK, C 090079 ZMK, and C 090081 ZSK, are being considered concurrently with this application.
