Rainbow Paper Sales, Inc., the Economic Development Corporation and the Department of Citywide Administrative Services submitted an application for a special permit, which would allow a portion of discontinued railroad right-of-way to be included in an area that will be used for parking, loading and storage. The site is located at 37th Street, between 14th and 15th avenues, in Brooklyn, and it will allow Rainbow Paper Sales, Inc. to use the site for employee parking, storage space, and a loading area.
