City Planning Commission Report - Amendment of Zoning Map, South Park Slope (C 060054 ZMK)
The Department of City Planning submitted an application for an amendment of the Zoning Map, which would rezone 50 blocks in the neighborhoods of Park Slope South, Greenwood Heights and Windsor Terrace, collectively known as South Park Slope. These neighborhoods are located in Brooklyn, and the rezoning will protect the low-rise neighborhood character from out-of-scale development, as well as provide opportunities for affordable housing within the area.
