NYC Government Publication

The Landmarks Preservation Commission designated the Mary and David Burgher House, located at 63 William Street in Staten Island, as a city landmark. The house was built in 1884 and represents the time of rapid residential development in the area, due to access to port and transportation facilities. This designation does not conflict with the Zoning Resolution or any plans for development.
