Report on Preventive Services Survey 2025
ACS, in partnership with our prevention provider agencies, conducts annual Family Experience Survey: ACS Prevention Services, in accordance with Local Law 17 of 2018. The purpose of the survey is to better understand the lived experiences of families while participating in prevention programs.
