The Department of Housing Preservation and Development submitted an application to facilitate the development of a building, located at 912 Courtlandt Avenue in the Bronx. This will help construct a new mixed-use development, known as Courtlandt Crescent, within the Melrose Commons Urban Renewal Area .The following applications, C110115ZMX and C110114HUX, are being considered concurrently with this application.
