A report by the City Planning Commission (CPC) regarding the landmark designation of the New York Botanical Garden Museum (now Library), Fountain of Life, and Tulip Tree Allee by the Landmarks Preservation Commission on March 24, 2009 (Designation List No. 411/LP-2311), located at Watson Drive and Garden Way, New York Botanical Garden, Bronx Park in the Bronx. It was ultimately concluded that the subject landmark designation does not conflict with the Zoning Resolution or any projected improvements or plans for growth and development in the vicinity of the landmark.
