The Department will develop a scope and conduct a study and will follow the Administrative Code as amended by Local Law 74 of 2000. Communities in Staten Island will be discussed, and in particular, waste management in these areas. Representatives from the Citywide Recycling Advisory Board and the five borough Solid Waste Advisory Boards and other groups will be attending.
