Citywide Statement of Needs For City Facilities Fiscal Years 2017 and 2018
The SON for FY 2017-2018 is the latest in the series of annual reports required under Section 204 of the NYC Charter. The SON is part of a planning process in which communities are informed, at the earliest possible stages, of the need for facilities and the specific criteria for the selecting the locations of these facilities.
