Fordham University submitted an application for a special permit to facilitate the construction of a master plan development, consisting of a community facility and residential area. It will be located on a block bounded by Columbus Avenue, Amsterdam Avenue, West 60th Street, and West 62nd Street in Manhattan. The applications, C 050269 ZSM, C 050271 ZSM, C 090173 ZSM, N 090170 ZRM, N 090171 ZAM, and N 090172 ZAM, are being considered concurrently with this application. Together, these actions will facilitate the expansion of the Lincoln Center Campus of Fordham University.
