HPV Vaccination Report
The HPV Vaccination report is submitted pursuant to Local Law 53 of 2017. The Health Department works closely with NYC medical providers and parents of school-aged children to increase HPV vaccination coverage, and tracks HPV vaccine series initiation and completion rates among 13 to 17 year olds.
