The proposed permit, in conjunction with related actions, would allow for the location of community facility space in a manufacturing zoning district in a building undergoing conversion and enlargement to loft dwellings, located at 55 Avenue of the Americas (a.k.a One York Street), Manhattan. The request was ultimately approved by CPC, subject to various terms and conditions (See N050281 ZRM, and C 050282, 050283, 050285 ZSM for applications being filed concurrently with this one).
