A report by the City Planning Commission (CPC) regarding an application submitted by the Judo Associates LLC pursuant to Sections 197-c and 201 of the New York City Charter for the grant of a special permit pursuant to Section 74-712 of the Zoning Resolution to allow Use Group 6 uses on the ground floor and residential use on the upper floors of a proposed building at the northwest corner of the intersection of Canal and Greene streets, within an M1-5B district in the SoHo-Cast Iron District in Community District 2, Manhattan. The request was ultimately approved by CPC subject to various terms and conditions.
