Council Member Andrew Lanza submitted an application for an amendment of the Zoning Map to rezone two areas on the Tottenville and Great Kills waterfronts in Staten Island. This is in response to community concerns that some districts allow residential housing that is not in character with the surrounding neighborhoods.
