Toll Brooklyn LP submitted an application for a special permit to facilitate the development of a mixed-use development. The project is located along Bond Street, between Carroll Street and Second Street, on the western edge of the Gowanus Canal in Brooklyn. The area will consist of residential buildings, with commercial, community and open space for use. The applications, C 090047 ZMK and N 090049 ZRK, are being considered concurrently with this application.
