TRANSCRIPT: MAYOR ADAMS MAKES VIRTUAL GUN VIOLENCE PREVENTION-RELATED ANNOUNCEMENT
We need our partners in Washington to do their part. Congress must act to get weapons of war off our streets, and they must act now. That is why more than 60 mayors have signed this letter calling on the new Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson, to introduce a bill to ban assault weapons.
