Rose Plaza on the River LLC submitted an application for a special permit to modify the height and setback regulations of waterfront blocks. This will facilitate the construction of a mixed-use development and a public waterfront esplanade along the East River in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The applications, C 080339 ZMK, N 100056 ZRK, N 080341 ZAK and N 080342 ZCK, are being considered concurrently with this application.
