A report by the City Planning Commission (CPC) regarding an amendment to the Zoning Map filed by 401 Hotel REIT, LLC and 401 Commercial, L.P. to change a C6-4.5 Distrcit to a C6-6 District to facilitate the development of a commercial office building of over 2 million zoning square feet on the western half of the block surrounded by West 32nd and 33rd streets, and Seventh and Sixth avenues, Manhattan. The request was ultimately approved by CPC (see N 100048 ZRM, C 100049, 100050 ZSM, and C 100237 PQM for applications being filed concurrently with this one).
