Report Pursuant to Local Law 97 of 2022
Local Law 97 of 2022 requires the New York City Office of Technology & Innovation (OTI) to annually report all requests for service or complaint types that were added to or updated on the 311 customer service center web site and mobile device during the previous year in accordance with ยง 23-309.
