Gateway Center Properties Phase II LLC, the Department of Housing Preservation and Development, the Department of Parks and Recreation and the Nehemiah Housing Development Fund Corporation, Inc. submitted an application for an amendment to the City Map. This will establish, eliminate, discontinue and close streets, establish and eliminate Parklands, extinguish and modify easements, and facilitate the acquisition and disposition of property. These actions will facilitate the development of Gateway Estates II, a mixed-use development with residential, retail and community space and park land, in Brooklyn. The applications, C 090078 HUK, C 090079 ZMK, C 090081 ZSK, and C 090082 HAK, are being considered concurrently with this application.
