A report specifying the policies, procedures and designations for the management of the different types of identifying information collected, retained, and disclosed by the agency in compliace to the Identifying Information Law
Submitted in accordance with Section 23-1205 of the NYC Administrative Code , this report relates to our agency's collection, disclosure and retention of identifying information and its privacy protection practices.
Section 23-1202 of the New York City Ad Code requires the Chief Privacy Officer to submit a quarterly report containing an anonymized summary of certain disclosures of identifying information made by City agencies under exigent circumstances or in violation of Local Laws 245 and 247 of 2018.
The Identifying Information Law requires City agencies to submit comprehensive biennial reports related to their collection, disclosure, and retention of identifying information and their privacy protection practices. This is NYCOA's plan with respect to this City law describing our practices.
The identifying information collected, retained, or disclosed by the CFB addressed in this report relates to two categories, the first involving certain individuals and entities/organizations who contribute to the contributors of independent spenders
