The Department of Housing Preservation and Development submitted an application for an Urban Development Action Area designation, project approval, and disposition of city-owned property to facilitate the development of a building, located at 2311 Tiebout Avenue in the Bronx. This building will be used for housing, with recreation, community, and open space.
The Landmarks Preservation Commission designated the 500 Fifth Avenue Building, located at 500 Fifth Avenue, as a city landmark. This designation does not interfere with the Zoning Resolution or any plans for development.

This will facilitate the development of Campbell Sports Center on property bounded by the Harlem River, Broadway, West 218th Street and Inwood Hill Park in Manhattan.
