Pursuant to New York City Administrative Code 6-129(g)1, the following document has been submitted to the NYC Council Speaker. Each mayoral agency which has made eligible procurements in excess of $5MM during the preceding fiscal year is required to develop and submit an Agency Utilization Plan
Reporting on industry compliance. Beginning on November 15, 2011 and annually on that date thereafter, the New York city department of consumer affairs shall submit a report to the council concerning violations issued to tow truck licensees.
Section 3 requires MOCJ to report on a quarterly basis certain information relating to “inspections of nightlife establishments overseen by” the Office of Special Enforcement (OSE). During the period July 1, 2020 – September 30, 2020 (third quarter of 2020).
No later than September 1, 2017, and every year thereafter, an agency that exercises the authority granted by subdivision a of this section, Charter § 1049-b(e), shall submit to the city council a report on license revocation.
In 2019, the NYC Council passed Local Law 220 (2019), requiring the Office of Nightlife
at the Mayor’s Office of Media and Entertainment to publish a semi-annual report of
Multi-Agency Response to Community Hotspot (M.A.R.C.H.) inspections. M.A.R.C.H. is a multi-agency inspection, led by the NYPD.
Local Law 220 of 2019, Section 3 requires MOCJ to report on a quarterly basis certain information relating to “inspections of nightlife establishments overseen by” OSE. During the second quarter of 2020, OSE oversaw no such inspections.
