Executive Order No. 17, dated May 16, 2022, as it relates to Chief Investment Advisor, whereas the City has five pension systems that offer defined benefit retirement plans to nearly 350,000 City employees and 320,000 retirees or their beneficiaries: the New York City Employees' Retirement System.

Executive Order No. 14, dated April 12, 2022, Mayor's Advisory Committee On The Judiciary, established in the Office of the Mayor to recruit, to evaluate, to consider and to nominate judicial candidates highly qualified for appointment and to evaluate the incumbent judges for reappointment.

Executive Order No. 2 orders specific agencies (DOB, DCWP, DEP, FDNY, DOHMH, and DSNY) to identify and review the procedures for the most frequently enforced provisions of the law for each agency and creates a working group to review agency suggestions.
Due to extreme temperatures and humidity and related health risks, directs agencies to take steps to assist residents, and directs owners of certain office buildings to set thermostats no lower than 78 degrees, with certain exemptions. The Order is in effect 9AM July 19 until 11:59PM July 21, 2019.
