The Daily Shelter Census report contains statistics for the prior calendar day immediately preceding such weekday, excluding holidays. Reports various statistics such as, but not limited to the number of individuals, families, children (disaggregated).
Report including (i) the number of veterans utilizing such center; (ii) a summary of the services offered by such center; (iii) a description of the services and information most frequently requested by veterans utilizing such center; (iv) the number of full-time and part-time staff persons working at such center; and (v) the number of complaints received by and against such center from veterans regarding the services offered by such center, including feedback received by the 311 customer service center and a general description of the nature of such feedback. Report on agency review of veterans’ experience with accessing the assistance required pursuant to subdivision c of Admin. Code Section 31-112 and discussing any identified issues

Report on student attendance for periods of time during which remote learning was used by the department for the month occurring 2 months prior to the month of the report, including the attendance rate of students who participated in (i) full-time remote learning instruction and (ii) blended learning
Report on individuals aged 16-20 who applied for public assistance as head of household during the previous six months and of those, the total number accepted and rejected
Monthly reports relating to dismissals of civil penalty violations in tribunals within the jurisdiction of such office in the previous month. Such reports shall catalogue dismissals for each agency and shall include the reason for each dismissal.
