The 2023 Proposed Consolidated Plan One-Year Action Plan (the “Proposed Action
Plan”) is the City of New York’s annual application to the United States Department of
Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the four Office of Community Planning and Development entitlement programs.
The Citizen Participation Plan (CPP) is New York City’s framework to promote a community-wide dialogue to identify housing and community development priorities and guide the use of funding received from the Community Planning and Development (CPD).
Report shall include, but not be limited to: (i) the total number of buses purchased by the city in the preceding fiscal year; and (ii) the number of such buses that are alternative fuel buses, disaggregated according to agency, bus model and type of alternative fuel used. Reporting requirement waiver determinations made by the Report and Advisory Board Review Commission pursuant to Section 1113 of the Charter sent to the Council and the Mayor. The Commission held its meeting on January 11, 2023, and voted to approve waivers for eight reporting requirements.
In 2019, Mayor Bill de Blasio issued Executive Order 47, requiring City agencies, and the NYC Department of Education, NYC Health + Hospitals, and NYCHA, to spend at least half of their annual print and digital advertising budgets on community and ethnic media outlets. This is the FY2020 report.
