This is the annual report of the Conflicts of Interest Board, the "Ethics" Board for New York City Government. This Annual Report for 2012 summarizes the work, and highlights the accomplishments, of the
New York City Conflicts of Interest Board which is charged with administering, interpreting, and enforcing the City's Conflicts of Interest Law, Chapter 68 of the City Charter.
