This report is provided pursuant to Section 9-310(f) which was added on June 11, 2023, pursuant
to Local Law 75 of 2023. This subdivision requires the Mayor’s Office of Criminal Justice to report
on a biannual basis certain information relating to the comprehensive jail population review
program.
