The amendment involves: the modification of the lines and grades of the Willis Avenue Bridge, Harlem River Drive, and Marginal Street, Wharf, or Place, the elimination of an elevated public highway, and the delineation of bridge approach ramps. The modifications would facilitate the replacement of the Willis Avenue Bridge over the Harlem River and provide a maintenance and emergency access area for both the Willis Avenue and JFK bridges, in the East Harlem neighborhood of Manhattan. The request was ultimately approved by CPC.

NYC Public Baths Landmark - (N 110344 HKM) - This is in the matter of a communication dated May 19, 2011 regarding the landmark designation of the Free Public
Baths of the City of New York by the Landmarks Preservation Commission.
TD Bank - (C 100175 ZMQ) - This is in the matter of an application submitted by TD Bank for an amendment of the Zoning Map, by establishing within an existing R3A
District a C1-2 district bounded by 14th Avenue, Cross Island Parkway Service Road South, a line 100 feet northerly of 15th Avenue, and 148th Street.
Gotham Center - (C 110225 PPQ) - The Department of Citywide Administrative Services is proposing to modify a requirement associated with the disposition of Block
420 to EDC. The 2001 disposition, approved by the City Planning Commission and adopted by the City Council included a requirement that 1,150 public parking spaces be developed
on Block 420 in association with the redevelopment of the site.
FDNY Warehouse - (C 110228 PCQ)- This is in the matter of an application submitted by the Fire Department and the Department of Citywide Administrative Services
for the site selection and acquisition of property located at 34-24 Hunters Point Avenue for use as a warehouse.
FDNY Transmitter - (C 110229 PCQ) - This is in the matter of an application submitted by the Fire Department and the Department of Citywide Administrative Services,
for the site selection and acquisiton of property located at 32-02 Queens Boulevard for use as a backup radio transmitter in Community District 2.
