The New York Power Authority (NYPA) and Camp Dresser & McKee Inc. (CDM) conducated a Greenhouse Gas Mitigation Feasility Study for the New York City Department of Environmental Protection (DEP). The 2005 Distriution Sampling Site Plan provides a monitoring framework for New York city's drinking water supply distribution system which is consistent with new York State and federal regulations.
