This is the annual report required of the Interagency Coordinating Council on Youth, a NYC Charter mandated entity created in 1989 to promote interagency collaboration on issues relevant to young people and to support youth an families by utilizing the City of New York's many government resources.
This report is submitted twice a year, pursuant to legislation passed by City Council in 2019, Local Law 79. It reports on each young person who is unable to access an RHY bed on the date they sought services.
Reports providing indicators on the department's performance goals, actual performance and delivery of youth services within community districts and boroughs, to assist the city council in its oversight of the department's administration of funds and coordination of youth programs. The department shall present actual data for such indicators for the preceding fiscal year and for the current fiscal year, and shall project data for the following fiscal year
This is the 3rd Quarter FY 2022 quarterly report on Diversity and Equal Employment submitted by the New York City Department of Youth and Community Development. The report is required by Local Law 12 of 2019, enacted by the New York City Council.
This is a report submitted to Local Law 41 of 2016 by ACS and DYCD concerning the number of youth in contact Runaway and Homeless Youth in contact with DYCD or its contracted providers and youth in contact with ACS who are sexually exploited. (See law for details.)
