DYCD funded providers of Runaway and Homeless Youth (RHY) Services, including all residential programs and Drop-In Centers serving youth with case management services, will offer participants information about services and resources related to immigration.

In compliance with Local Law 146 of 2016, ACS conducts an annual survey of all youth in foster care age 13 and older, regarding their experiences in foster care. ACS submits this report with findings from the survey to the New York City Council.

DOC submits report to BOC on monthly progress report on its implementation of the Young Adult Plan and implementation of alternatives to punitive segregation (Second Chance, TRU, ESH, and Secure Units) Information includes young adult population, young adult related training provided to staff.
