Said amendment involves the widening and realignment of Archer Avenue between 144th Place and 147th Place, the establishment of Public Places between these two locations, the adjustment of grades and acquisition or disposition of property related thereto. The proposed amendment would rezone areas within these boundaries to different districts, affecting primarily the Dyker Heights/Fort Hamilton areas. The request was ultimately approved by CPC.

Erma Realty LLC and the Economic Development Corporation submitted an application for an amendment to the Zoning Map to facilitate the development of the a one-story vehilcle maintenance facility for AM&G Waterproofing on Saratoga Avenue.
The Department of Citywide Administrative Services, the Division of Real Estate Services, submitted an application for the disposition of a negative easement interest on city-owned property. The property is located at 287 Gold Street in Brooklyn and this will facilitate the development of a residential building with commercial uses.
The Department of Small Business Services submitted an application for the disposition of two city-owned properties and an easement over a portion of the Brooklyn Terminal Market. The properties and easement will be disposed to Canarsie Plaza, LLC, who will facilitate the development of a home improvement and neighborhood retail center in the Canarsie area of Brooklyn.
The Department of Housing Preservation and Development submitted an application for an Urban Development Action Area designation and project approval for the property on 575 Fifth Avenue to facilitate development of a 5-story building tentatively known as 575 Fifth Avenue.
