Local Law 30 of 2017 mandates that City agencies create a language access implementation plan in order to ensure meaningful language access to their services. This is NYCEM's Language Access Policy, updated in 2018.
LL22 Worker Co-op:
Local Law 22 of 2015 (LL 22) requires MOCS to report annually on City contracts with corporations that have self-identified as worker cooperatives through the Payee Information Portal (PIP) or through SBS's customer relationship management system.
IDNYC quarterly report Includes, but not limited to, number cards issued, cards to minors, denials made to requesting agencies for information collected about applicants, efforts to promote acceptance such as banks, outreach, & types of services that accept the ID as proof of identity and residency.
