BERS administers the BERS Qualified Pension Plan “QPP” and the BERS Tax Deferred Annuity Program “TDA Program” QPP is a cost sharing, that provides pension benefits to employees. TDA Program provides a means of deferring income tax payments on member’s voluntary tax-deferred contributions.
